In 2015, Albert Jubany and Dolors Vilalta began a project that year after year has earned the respect and admiration of those who have visited us, which this summer reaches its ninth season. And it does so with a concept that is more mature, risky, elegant and, more Mediterranean than ever, with the innovative touch of modern haute cuisine. A concept that has led us this year to be awarded with a Sol from the Repsol Gastronomic Guide, and to being a place recommended by the prestigious Michelin Guide for 6 years.

The Mediterranean, its cuisine, its traditions, its ways of doing things, its culture and its history, are the common thread of this new experience that Albert Jubany brings to the heart of Vielha.


Gastronomy, Product and Tradition

Since November 2015, we came up with the idea of opening a unique and different Gastronomic Space, which has known how to win the affection of those who visit us, and at the same time, it has given us a better perspective of the objective we pursued, which is to give happiness to our customers / friends.
With a gastronomic idea totally different from what we can find in the Valley, we believe we have been able to fill a gap that was needed, seeing the affection that you profess us every day, with your smile, your thanks and fidelity, which makes every day we grow that enthusiasm and desire to share with you, a gastronomic, social, family, etc.
