FIRST AND ONLY CAVIAR TASTING MENU IN SPAIN

At the opening of the 2017 winter season, we thought of making a tasting menu dedicated to caviar. A not very long menu, where we paid tribute to the local caviar company Nacaríi, which from the very beginning, we paired with the excellent products that have made Eth Bistró quickly stand out among those looking for a different gastronomic establishment in the Valley. . Without realizing it, and without knowing it, we were creating the first menu that was made in Spain 100% with caviar, including dessert. Now, we remain the only restaurant with a Menu exclusively in caviar, using caviars from different areas of the world, Iran, China, Poland, Bulgaria and Spain (Aran Valley). We hope you enjoy a Menu made with impressive products and that, year after year, it is reaffirmed among the most exclusive and expensive menus on the national scene.
