Eth Bistro is a restaurant who has a different gastronomic offer,  based in the highest quality of the  top products from Spain and France (the Palamos prawns, the fresh fish from Costa Brava, the Bresse’s pigeons or the Guinea Fowls from Sonchamp, etc).,  mixed with our gastronomic idea , our creativity and our technical made  a great food experience.

Decorated for the best decorator (Carmen Caubet), Eth Bistro is one of the most peculiar and exclusive local in all the Val d’Aran.

Eth Bistró don’t have private parkings but our privilege localization, in the center of Vielha, made it easier to find a public parking, near of us.

Tuesday till Friday: 12:30 to 15.30 and 20:00 to 22:30

Saturday: 12:00 to 16:00 and 19:30 to 23:00

Sunday: 12:00 to 16:00
