OUR FAMOUS “LLAUNA” RICE WITH PALAMÓS PRAWN
A classic dish that has been part of our menu since we first opened in 2015. This rice is made with a deeply reduced onion base and a prawn coral broth. We use excellent Bahía rice from the Ebro Delta, which absorbs the pure prawn flavor and remains perfectly cooked as the diner enjoys it.
