new products and new flavors, always based on our gastronomic philosophy,
which has led us to be recognized with a Sun from the Repsol Guide on 2024.

enthusiasm for a world as spectacular as gastronomy is.
ETH BISTRO, MEDITERRANEAN CONCEPT In 2015, Albert Jubany and Dolors Vilalta embarked on a project that, year after year, has earned the respect and admiration of those who have visited us. This summer, it has reached its ninth season. And it does so with a more mature, bold, elegant concept, more Mediterranean than ever, with the innovative touch of modern haute cuisine. A concept that has earned us a Sol from the Repsol Gastronomic Guide this year and has been recommended by the prestigious Michelin Guide for the past six years.
Our philosophy of Ampurdán, being ambassadors of the Palamós shrimp with the Guarantee Brand, with its cuisine, traditions, ways of doing things, its culture, and history, with nods to the excellent cuisine of the rest of the country, is the guiding thread of this new experience that Albert Jubany brings to the heart of Vielha.

Since November 2015, we came up with the idea of opening a unique and different gastronomic space, which has managed to earn the affection of those who visit us, and at the same time, has given us a better perspective on the goal we were pursuing: to bring happiness to our clients/friends. With a completely different gastronomic concept from what can be found in the Valley, we believe we have filled a gap that was needed, seeing the affection you show us every day, with your smiles, your gratitude, and loyalty, which makes this excitement and desire to share with you a gastronomic, social, and family atmosphere grow day by day.
